Min policy
- Standard minimum $200/mo per entity
- If you bring multiple entities: lightly active/dormant entities may price at $150–$200/mo each (case-by-case)
AR / AP add-ons (full-cycle, fixed)

- Accounts Payable (AP):
$5 per bill (fixed by 3-month average,

We record bills, schedule/due-date them, and post payments when you pay. - Accounts Receivable (AR):
$10 per invoice (fixed by 3-month average,

We create/send invoices, record payments, and match in the bank feed. - We can do
full cycle in QBO (create → send → mark paid / bill paid → match to bank).
We do not chase collections or physically go to the bank.
Multi-entity pricing
- Each company is priced per entity (separate books = separate work).
- Typical: Busy entity at full rate; lighter ones at $150–$200/mo when bundled.
- We still reconcile and report for each entity monthly.
Not included
- Payroll runs, tax filing, collections, audits, QuickBooks Desktop
- In-office work (we’re remote only)
- Historical research beyond standard cleanup (quoted if needed)

How do you price monthly bookkeeping?
We don’t bill per transaction. We set a fixed monthly price using your volume as the baseline.
We review your last 3 full months of bank/credit transactions to get an average.
We price off $2 per transaction as a guideline, then lock in a fixed monthly rate.
Minimum: $200/mo per entity.
We re-check your 3-month average periodically; if volume changes a lot, we’ll update the fixed price (up or down).
“Transaction” = one line in your bank or credit-card feed.
Examples (using $2/tx with $200 min):
60 tx → $120 → billed $200/mo (minimum)
150 tx → $300/mo
300 tx → $600/mo
What’s included each month?
Categorizing transactions, monthly reconciliations, and a report pack: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Snapshot. You’ll also get 3–5 quick notes on what changed.
What’s not included?
We don’t file taxes, run payroll, do collections, or execute bill-pay. We’re QuickBooks Online only and remote only. We can coordinate with your payroll/tax pro.

My volume changes—do prices change?
Yes, we review your 3-month average and adjust up or down (never below your monthly minimum).
Do you support multiple companies (entities)?
Yes—pricing is per entity. Busy entities use the normal rate; very light/dormant entities in a bundle can be $150–$200/mo each.
Do you handle AR/AP?
Optional add-ons: AP $5/bill and AR $10/invoice, each with a $100/mo minimum, set by your 3-month average. We record and track. You send/pay. No collections, no bill-pay execution.
Do you work in-office or on QuickBooks Desktop?
No. We work remotely and on QuickBooks Online only—this keeps us fast and affordable.
How fast is month-end close?
Most clients receive finalized reports within 5 business days (when docs are on time).
What are the payment terms?
Cleanup is paid upfront. Monthly plans bill at the start of the month. Month-to-month—cancel anytime.
